Apple CEO Steve Jobs transplant likely linked to earlier cancer, Stanford doctor says

 
Apple co-founder and CEO Steve Jobs’ prospects are good in the wake of his liver transplant two months ago, medical experts said Saturday, but they speculated that the need for the procedure means his pancreatic cancer had spread. (link)
