Stuart Dredge (pocketgamer.biz) reports that games for iPhone and iPod touch registered a near clean sweep of the Mobile awards at this year’s Independent Games Festival (IGF) at the Game Developers Conference (GDC) “with six of the seven categories being won by games made for Apple’s platform…at a time when indie developers are buoyant thanks to the opportunities offered by the App Store.”
