iPhone Buzz — ... performance, but the phone has only been out for a little while. Might it be a bit more advantageous to just wait a bit longer for Apple to fix all of these issues? In case you're wondering, the customer's name is Jessica Alena Smith and she has high hopes that the suit will be approved for class action status. And while being disappointed with the iPhone 3G's performance is understandable, I can't help but feel like this suit is meant to make a quick buck. [via Gadget Review]
