In case you're wondering, the customer's name is Jessica Alena Smith and she has high hopes that the suit will be approved for class action status. And while being disappointed with the iPhone 3G's performance is understandable, I can't help but feel like this suit is meant to make a quick buck. [via Gadget Review]
