Poor Mark Papermaster: he quit his cushy job at IBM to work for Apple, and then IBM sues him . Then, just when he is about to start his new job, a judge bars him from reporting to work until IBM's lawsuit is settled. No doubt Apple could, you know, loan Mark a few bucks in the meantime, what with $25 bil in the bank. But it seems Apple has already removed Papermaster's bio from the "Executive Profiles" section of its PR web site. The bio, still in Google's cache from November 8, described Papermaster as leading "the iPod and iPhone engineering teams" and reporting "directly to Apple's CEO."
