Meet the new LED Cinema Display on the block

... generation Cinema Displays from its web site, and now only references the LED Cinema Display. It's clear that this is the future of the Cinema Display line. In the post-event Q&A session Steve Jobs said of Display Port, "As you know, HDMI is limited in the resolution it can drive." Tim Cook also added that you can get to HDMI via connectors, but for typical computer use, Apple thinks Display Port is the future of the computer. The new 24" LED Cinema Display sells for $899, and should ship in November.
