iPhone Buzz — ... reception. And while all of this is rather vague and unspecific, I can't help but wonder if the customer service representative was just saying he was doing something to provide a placebo effect. If that's the case, that's pretty messed up. Poor reception is a serious inhibitor to successful iPhone use. And with the 2.0.2 update not yet showing conclusive results, people are looking desperately for a solution. Pretending to fix a problem is just not cool. [via Gadget Lab at Wired.com]
