Here’s one nice new OS 3.1 update item that I hadn’t seen mentioned until just a short while ago – it fixes that pesky )and very annoying) wrong icons bug in iPhone OS 3.0, that had been hanging around for nearly three months. At least according to Apple’s details page for the update that is.
