ITGO - Interval Trainer GO 1.1 Extends Functionality With Flip Ratio
Appnoose Ltd today released ITGO, Interval Trainer GO 1.1, an update to their dedicated interval signaling app for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Version 1.1 features a flip function on the ratio setting. This new feature enables additional timings for greater flexibility while performing workouts.
