We really like the Live Chat helpdesk idea in general and are glad to see Apple jumping on the bandwagon here.   When done correctly and scaled reasonably, it allows a much better experience than talking on the phone.  It is also a lot easier to cut and past from a chat than from a phone conversation!  Hopefully yo udon't need it but it is there when you do... ...
