Not to be outdone, MacBook Air updated as well
MacUser —
... 2GB of 1066MHz RAM, and a 120GB SATA hard drive. For $2499, the processor is bumped up to 1.86GHz and you get a 128GB solid state drive -- a nice upgrade from the current 64GB SSD option. All of this will be available in early November.
All in all, the new MacBook Air got some nice updates today, even though its two brothers stole the show. In all likeliness, few Air owners will rush out to buy the new models, but new buyers will welcome the increase in value.

The display includes three USB ports, but no FireWire ports featured on older Cinema Displays.
The new 24-inch display will be available in November for $899.
Update: "Old" Cinema Displays still appear to be on Apple's website, so it looks like other screen sizes in the older form factor will continue to be available. For how long, we don't know.

Those cries were answered last Tuesday, when the company announced the long-rumored (and badly leaked) refreshes for both the MacBook Pro ...

It’s great to watch the movies, but the licensing of the tech is so complex, we’re waiting till things settle down and Blu-ray takes off in the marketplace.” Is it possible that nearly a year later things have finally settled down?
