Our ETA is October 12.” The Windows tool, although at heart will be Pwnage Tool, is coming not by way of the Dev Team but instead by ih8sn0w and DarkMalloc . Otherwise, nothing was really mentioned in terms of features, but at least we now know that at least someone is working on bring a 3GS jailbreak solution to Windows users.
