True Move, Thailand’s third-largest mobile operator, has reached a deal with Apple to offer the iPhone 3G in the country. “True Move has signed an agreement with Apple to bring the iPhone 3G to Thailand in the coming months,” the company said in a statement without providing further pricing or release details. According to Reuters, Thailand is currently in the testing stage for 3G networks, meaning that the iPhone 3G would likely operate on EDGE networks when it’s first released.
